About Our Noodles

 

Amongst the millions of flavors in this world, we are most attracted to seven that are most appealing: salty, sweet, tingling, spicy, sour, savory, or fragrant. While most dishes leverage one or two of these profiles, Sichuan chefs have long endeavored to blend all seven together into a balanced treat for the senses. Hanzhao, in creating his signature, Seven Seasoning Noodles, incorporated all seven flavor profiles, giving birth to one of the most popular noodle dishes of his hometown.
